I cannot fault J. J. The item arrived well packed and in very good time. Unfortuately I returned the Troll bead - entirely my own fault. I had not read the descruption well enough and thought I had ordered a bead for a bracelet - it was actually for a necklace. However I was very impressed with the ease with which I could return. Next time I will be more careful. Many thanks.
