I ordered a couple of charms from joshua james as a birthday present a week before they were needed. the order stated next day delivery but i never recieved them with in the week. i phoned up to question where my order was to be greeted by a snotty woman who seemed like she never had a clue what she was talking about, and was more concerned with blaming the royal mail. her resonse seemed very scripted. i was the told i had to wait two weeks before any thing could be done. i asked to speak to a manager but was denied. i gave it another week, still nothing. i then recieved an email asking if everything was ok to which i replied but never got anything back in return. an email from the director apparently. i phoned and spoke to another lady who was helpful enough but denied me access to the manager or anyone else in a position of power i could escilate thing to. she issued a refund quite swiftly (which makes me think they know of something i dont and would rather keep me in the dark about it than own up to a mistake on their part) but provided me with no answers whatsoever. so, after a few phone calls, two emails i still have no solutions offered or have managed to speak to any one who seems to have any pull within the company. i personally feel completely let down by this comapany and dont believe they understand how to deal with customer queries and its as if the manager couldnt care less and would rather not get involved. if i could choose worse than very poor i would do.
