Very poor customer service when things go wrong. They sent the wrong item, I returned it at my own cost, and even though it was their mistake, they only refunded me part of the postage.
Some time later, they asked for a good review if things went well, and a reply to their email if they didn't. I replied and addressed it to the director, and they didn't even bother to respond.
Having looked at other one star reviews, it appears that if they get things wrong, the customer service back up is awful. With an online retailer, you need to be able to trust that they care about good and fair customer service and not just making money.
