Misleading information on website. However, received very good personal customer service at last but had to get out of my way to get it: Website listed required item in stock and offered free next day delivery. Went ahead with order and my money was taken from card immediately. 2 hours later received email that item would be delivered within 5 to 10 days only. As item was needed for a present within 7 days of ordering I started to make enquiries with other suppliers. Found out that item was discontinued.... When I contacted Joshua James to inform them of this problem they indeed confirmed that the item had been discontinued and wouldn't have been available. Only through my own enquiries I had found out by chance. However, Joshua James were very apologetic and after I changed the order on the phone to a different item, I received it with next day delivery free of charge and perfectly on time. All good in the end!
