Ordered for a friends Birthday. Joshua James claim they dispatched my order on the 14th of April with Royal Mail and still nothing has been delivered by the 22 April. They don't give you a tracking number and there isn't anyone to contact only an email that takes two working days for a reply! I've ordered and recieved items from other sites delivered through Royal Mail since placing an order with you. What going on? Safe to say I've missed my friends 30th Birthday!
