I have ordered from joshua james before but was a bit dissappointed this time. i ordered two pandora charms for my daughters birthdays, they came in a small bag together which annoyed me as they could have been scratched, also i was sent the boxes seperately and one gift bag!!i had to then mess about putting the charms into the boxesd etc.......very dissapointed at the lack of customer care.
