I have ordered from Joshua James before and have been very happy with my purchase, again this time I was not disappointed with the speed of delivery but was disappointed to find that the charm only arrived in a black pouch (instead of a pandora box like last time) and that there was no ribbon to tie the pandora bag, so I had to buy some ribbon because the bag looked very odd without it.
