Ordered 7 items and packer split my order and no explanation has yet been given why that was done. Missing 5 items worth £105. Many many attempts via site and my sister finally managed via messenger and they were insistant that full order was delivered. Had to send photos to prove not the case and I have had 2 different stories as to how they were posted via royal mail. Royal mail have no issues as have had all of 6 other deliveries with no problems from other online companies.
