10 days ago I ordered a 16 charm for my daughters 16th birthday which was 3 days ago and I have not received it or any correspondence from Joshua James. I would not use again. Delivery said 48 hours and I can understand in these circumstances things being delayed however I ordered many things from other companies at the same time and all came in a few days.
