Purchased a necklace from this company. The item arrived and was so cheap and so so small I didn't even take it out of the plastic bag it arrived in. Returned it the same day by recorded delivery. Have not had an email saying they have received it so I emailed them to ask them to confirm receipt and my refund. That was 14 days ago. No reply. No refund. Not impressed at all. Certainly will not be recommending them.
