Still waiting and waiting and waiting!! Should have received the remaining order that was inexplicably split over £100 worth is still missing rhat was posted 14th April and can only get in touch with this company via their support email as contact on website just does not submit for the last month. Joshua James are refusing to give the tracking number that Royal Mail have told me thwy want as apparently they do not use these. Disgusting customer service. This is the one and only time I've used this company and would not recommend. So I can only say BUYER BEWARE if something like this happens to somebody else.
