Order was dispatched 8 days ago, still have not received it, tried to contact on contact us page, page will not submit my question, when click submit the page just does not load. So, have no charm, don't know how to contact anyone and £35 out of pocket. This was a charm for my daughter who has just had a baby so was a very special gift. Disappointed customer.
