Ordering was easy. Delivery was very fast however I do think the charm should have been placed in the box it came with. Upon opening the package the first thing I checked was the Pandora box and found it was empty, thinking there had been a mistake I pulled the invoice out for contact information to find the charm in a plastic bag stapled to the paper.
