Been waiting for over £100 worth of missing items since 15th April. Have asked 3 times for refund. I am still waiting for even a reply for my 1st,2nd, and 3rd request for refund. All I have is " your request has been received and we will get back to you in 2 days time " well im still waiting and waiting. Disgusting service. And i keep getting requests to rate the items I should have received over a month ago. Quick to take your money but not quick to answer your e-mails or requests for refund or as to where your items are. Extremely angry customer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND 😈👿
