Disgusting customer service. Emailed 1 hour after placing order and told them I was unable to submit the contact form on the website (and again the following day) and three days later after various messages to and fro was told my order had now been dispatched so I couldn't cancel it. I've since sent an email to their complaints email address and this has not been acknowledged. Worst part is that I did not want to cancel my order (as stated in first message) I just wanted to amend it as I had ordered a duplicate item.
