Finally after asking 4 times I have now received a refund for £105 which is the value if the missing items that I should have received on 15th Apri,but the packer had split my order for no apparent reasons,and after struggling to get hold of this company my sister managed to via messanger, and she was told that there was no doubt all of my order was despatched and I received them. Had to send pictures of what was received and then the excuse if oh yes the packer does remember she only sent 2 items tracked and the other 5 items via 48hr tracked via royal mail. After 2 weeks still had not arrived I was told another story of sorry but they were sent via normal mail in a white jiffy bag!!!!!!!! This company was blaming Royal Mail, but told them i have had other online deliveries via Royal Mail and no issues they then said I had to wait a further week for them to investigate so I asked again for a refund and as it takes soooo long to receive contact back from this company as I just got the usual " we've received your request and we will get back to you in 2 to 3 days time " I asked again for refund and same thing, so it asked again and finally have had confirmation via PayPal that my refund has been agreed. BUYER BEWARE as you can never get hold of this company and the submit button on website that they direct you to JUST DOES NOT WORK. I HAVE NEVER BEEN SUBJECT TO SUCH DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYBODY. 😈😈😈😈😈
