Disappointed that I am still waiting two weeks later for my delivery of three charms.
I understand the current situation, but I only ordered with yous as my daughter had purchased a gift for me two weeks earlier and it arrived within the 48 hrs.
All during lockdown.
I gave written to yous and still waiting on a reply.
There has been no communication from yous since the order.
Disappointed.
