I have had to return the earrings, unfortunately, as the clasp on one won't stay shut. It came out 3 times and each time was lucky enough to find it, once at work, once in my bathroom and in the cinema. It cost me £4.40 to return them to you recorded delivery. I have asked for a refund and will buy some more locally so if there are any further problems I can take them back to the shop rather than have to post them back. I know it is not your fault the clasp is faulty but it causes problems and unnecessary cost to send them back.
