Very, very happy with ease of ordering online (I'm in Australia) and speed of delivery. Only issue was, as this was a Christmas present for my Mam in the UK and I added a note in the order to say this, I was slightly disappointed that the invoice was included in the parcel for my Mam to see the cost. Otherwise would highly recommend :-)
