The worst customer service I have ever experienced. My items of over £50 were sent in a shoddy envelope which arrived open and wet and my items were missing. I contacted them straight away to which they acknowledged they must have been stolen. I was told more than 9 days ago they would investigate. But now I am being point blank ignored. I have tried contacting the company on various platforms alongside my emails - to which I have had no response. I have now had to raise a dispute with my bank to try and recover my money for items I have not received. Very very poor. And I will be avoiding this company in the future.
