I ordered two charms in one order. They were gifts for two different people. When they arrived there was only one box/tissue/sticker. I was surprised by this.
So I emailed and was told this would be resolved and the missing items would be put in the post. A letter arrived very quickly, but only contained a box and tissue.... no sticker to fasten the box.
Quite bad missing them on the first try. Terrible failing to correct it on the second.
I know it is only a sticker but I am pretty disappointed with the service.
