I placed an order and then tried to cancel it within a few minutes of placing it. It took your company three days to address my request, by which time the order had, of course, shipped. This is dishonest! You can't advertise that you allow order cancellations when this is how your system operates.
I have a health issue that makes it difficult for me to get out and about, so driving to the UPS store/USPS is difficult. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
