Ordered 2 frames first online in January 25th, no sign of delivery even after 3 weeks. The amount of time I have spent on follow up is completely unreasonable. I requested for refund, which is also taking time. The only reason I am happy to give one star is that customer service is constantly willing to help, but with no resolution whatsoever and constantly missing all their ETAs for resolution.

Updating the rating to 2 stars since customer care was very helpful to issue a partial refund for one item which could not be delivered. I had to escalate this through PayPal in order to have a resolution of this case.
