I am pleased with the steak knives I received but I was shorted 2 of the 6 knives I ordered. It took me almost 3 months for Joyswag to agree to ship me the other 2 knives. They repeated to offer me 2 knives of a different color but I needed the black knives I originally ordered. Again, I love the knives but the customer service was definitely lacking. I have now, June 3rd, received all 6 knives I originally ordered in March. I would have given a 5 star rating.had I received the product in a timely manner.
