Update: after reaching out to JoySwag, they promptly refunded my purchase. I appreciate such a quick and courteous response.
I have yet to receive my items even though a shipping label was created in 8/4! Delivery was supposed to be on 8/13 and it’s not here, no update on shipping etc.
