Refuses to accept returns...
JoyBetty is quite possibly the worse company, or sadly typical of a cowboy company wanting to scam people through the internet. The products are not as advertised, and are well below expected standards. Attempting to return the products is made nearly impossible by the lack of telephone contact. All contact must be done via email, which they ignore for days until repeated emails are sent and they finally relent and send an automated reply back asking for more details, for photos, for this and that and never actually provide you with a postal address to send back. ALL social media is moderate and all negative reviews deleted (all mine were) and subsequently that individual blocked.
How you return and get a refund I just don't know. Be prepared to have to keep the items brought as at this time it feels easier to run back to back marathons that return these products.
AVOID.
