DO NOT BUY FROM JOY BETTY! We ordered £382 worth of bridesmaid dresses - one was ripped and another dress was a different shade to the rest. We’ve emailed them several times regarding returning the dresses, but they have ignored all of our correspondence. It’s now been a month and we are not any closer to getting our money back. Please stay well away from this company! We have taken legal advice as we do not believe a company should be allowed to treat their customers in this way. Joy Betty, we will continue to tell everyone of your awful company until you give us our money back.
