Wish I had read these reviews before my daughter ordered from Joybetty. Dress is too small and I am having no joy in getting returns information from them, they asked for my daughters measurements and photos showing dress being far too small in the bust area but still won’t accept return. My daughter is really upset since she now doesn’t have a dress for Prom and will probably end up not going!! They have now asked me to get a dressmaker to alter and they will refund 15% of the dress price!! What a joke!! Firstly, I don’t know any dressmakers; secondly it may alter the whole look of the dress and thirdly if it all looks wrong after doing this they won’t accept it back because it’s been altered and they won’t refund!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM JOYBETTY!!
