I received dead raspberry canes and they are not picking up the phone or answering emails - Ive sent two emails now. Their so-called "guarantee" isnt worth anything if they ignore your complainyts and requests for refunds. Avoid this company, they seem to be in trouble judging by the amount of negative reviews.
