“I received dead raspberry canes and they are not picking up the phone or answering emails - Ive sent two emails now. Their so-called "guarantee" isnt worth anything if they ignore your complainyts and requests for refunds. Avoid this company, they seem to be in trouble judging by the amount of negative reviews.”
“Half the plants I ordered from them were either dying or completely dead. I spent over £100 on this order, but I have perhaps 3 plants (hebes) that are doing OK. The rest have all died.
I contacted them about a replacement for one of the more expensive plants on my order that arrived half dead. They completely ignored me.

“This is a comparatively large company dealing with a huge range variable product so I know its not the same as ordering, say, a mattress from John Lewis. I find this company consistently careful and polite when dealing with my order and doing its very best to fulfil it. They have never let me down when things have gone wrong. They let me know if not all of it is available and when I might receive it. Their website is clear and their prices are some of the very best. I always do very well towards the end of the season when they are particularly generous. I have two friends who feel precisely the same and I am very happy to recommend them but just remember that this product is subject to a lot of unpredictable conditions like the climate and the weather.”
