“Both my plants ordered arrived all dead in a box look so poor quality I wished I had read these reviews before ordering definately won’t be ordering from them again. Shame all looked beautiful in the picture a real waste of money”

“I received dead raspberry canes and they are not picking up the phone or answering emails - Ive sent two emails now. Their so-called "guarantee" isnt worth anything if they ignore your complainyts and requests for refunds. Avoid this company, they seem to be in trouble judging by the amount of negative reviews.”
“Half the plants I ordered from them were either dying or completely dead. I spent over £100 on this order, but I have perhaps 3 plants (hebes) that are doing OK. The rest have all died.
I contacted them about a replacement for one of the more expensive plants on my order that arrived half dead. They completely ignored me.
Will never order from them again.”
