As an Etsy shop owner, I always notice great communication and customer service. HouseFloral is a fun experience throughout the ordering process and beyond. The packaging was excellent, with a fun note from “The Boys.” The item I bought was excellent quality, and is hands down my favorite floral of the year. I received a “while you wait for your item” blog post that was packed with value to me as a floral designer.
