“These stems are gorgeous, they came quick to the UK and were very carefully packed. I was in contact with Jeremy regarding the shipping, he was very nice and helpful. I recommend this shop, they have very beautiful items. To be honest i was looking for these stems everywhere and only found them here. Ah and the little note on the card was a sweet touch too. Thank you.”

“My experience with HouseFloral was outstanding, beginning with the processing of my order to the timely delivery. I was hesitant to purchase faux flowers, however, I couldn't have been more delighted with the arrival of these beauties (the mini orchid stem and amaryllis stem) which arrived carefully shipped and wrapped. “The difference in you guys and any other retail, especially online, is pretty much everything. Ya’ll are in a league of your own, above all other retail. Essentially, when I shop with you it is truly a “boutique experience”, which simply doesn’t exist in artificial floral, or fresh floral for that matter. Everything about the purchase experience feels very personal, customized, and transparent. Perfect example is your shipping cost policy, charging what it actually costs. Every order is packed exceptionally and the hand written note makes me feel like I am getting a bouquet of flowers everytime I receive my order, which is always unbelievably fast! Follow up is amazing. I consider myself a pretty good judge of character, so your question of what sets you apart is very easily answered with one word…EVERYTHING…ya’ll are totally in a league of your own!”
