“Shipping is very fast! I'm a bit disappointed that my faux Japanese Maple leaves were a different color than true Japanese Maple leaves. My next door neighbor has a real Japanese Maple and they are almost a burgundy color. So I don't know what happened? I had some beautiful faux burgundy flowers I was going to make a spectacular arrangement! I'm disappointed and bummed out.”

“I love the realistic look of their products. Very satisfied. However, while shipping itself may be fairly quick, I’m curious as to why it takes so long to actually process and schedule the items for shipping. It still seems to take a couple to three weeks from the time the order is placed.”

“Flowers were beautiful however not all colors are representative in the photos. Lovely interaction but return policy is strict. If you dont really care about th exact color you are getting and want beautiful flowers and dont expect to return this company is great.”

“I would have rated you a 5, however, I find your webpage difficult to navigate. I wanted to order 2 of the same item. I added too many to the cart. I could not figure out how to remove the extra quantity. I got frustrated and didn’t place the order. I went back a couple of days later, canceling the order, and placing a new order. Obviously, I feel, your products are worth the hassle of trying to navigate your website. I have been extremely satisfied with every product I have received from your company. The stems and flowers look so realistic and true to size. The stems and branches I’ve bought have the look and feel of high quality. I also love the stem length and how easy the stems can be arranged. You are my go to place when I want a flower or branch arrangement that is affordable, realistic, and beautiful looking.”

“Ok Boys, here’s my honest scoop! I love the product and think the quality is amazing. I love your vibe and energy. However, it has taken me two years to get around to ordering from you (finally did through Etsy) because you NEVER have the items I want in stock at the same time. When shipping is so expensive(not blaming you!), this is tough to move past. I’ve wanted Hellebores, snowdrops and muscari together for a while, and finally just settled for the snowdrops from you. I’ll see how things go in the future as far as product availability works out for me and my projects 😃”

“The picture looks the same as the Hobby Lobby cherry blossom stem but it is not the same flower. I wish they had something like this with a shorter stem. The color of the flowers is pretty. The branches are full and look nice but it is a waste to have the lonnnnnggggggstem because it's just a nothing piece. Also, if I get to do my Japanese Cherry Blossom theme dance, these aren't cost effective to buy in bulk. They are pretty for use in a small quantity.”

“Once I finally rec'd the items I ordered I thought the product was good. The quality of the florals are very good what was not so good was the shipping. It took some time to get my order out due to weather and once the oder was shipped transfering from ups to usps was not so good. Usps lost my order so It was too bad the merchant did not ship ups to my house. After waiting some time the Merchant reshipped my forals. It took to long to reship and if this ever happens again I will demand the merchant to reship my oder right away.”
