This company is not being up front about shipping.... in my opinion. I ordered 3 or these branches. The cart tells me that if I order one more branch that I will get free shipping. I did that. And the cart reflected free shipping. No where have I found any notice that this doesn't include Alaska and Hawaii (albeit we are part of the United States) PRIOR to making the actual purchase. If there is supposed to be free shipping, then the cart needs to be fixed and reflect the actual purchase price prior to enticing me to make the purchase. The cart says FREE SHIPPING. And, that is what I expect. But there is a notice in small print AFTER I made the purchase that says, "Shop Note We're so excited to get this right out to you! If you provided a PO BOX to ship to, unfortunately, we're unable to ship due to cost restraints. If you did use a PO BOX for shipping, PLEASE send a message to us containing a deliverable street address immediately, so that it doesn't slow down processing and shipping your order. We apologize for the inconvenience, but shipments to locations beyond the lower 48 are not included in our Free Shipping Offer on orders $35 or more. These areas include (but are not limited to ) AK, HI, PR, Armed Forces, and American territories. Orders shipped to these locations will receive messages with shipping quotes upon the order being packed. We are continuing to be able to ship out most orders the same day as placed, or the following business day, so your order will be in your hands very soon!"... I never even saw this small print addition of no free shipping (and that reflects a CHANGE from the cart agreement of free shipping) until after I was wondering why the order hadn't shipped.... and then I get a notice from the owner that he wants to split the costs of shipping. Hey! It's not my fault that you are running a faulty website. I should be entitled to receive the free shipping as per what the cart says. I have been wronged! I would have cancelled this product back if I wouldn't have been on a strict deadline. If the cart says FREE shipping, then it should be honored. To this date, the website continues to say the same thing. ETSY management needs to become involved and fix this debacle. Larry Alfrey Honolulu

A little disappointed in color and size Etsy let me down on all the items I purchased not pleased with any of the three items, sorry

4 of the 6 stems ordered were not as advertised. One broke off in transit. Very underwhelming !!!!!!

I was very disappointed with my order. Most of the pictures showed a "spray" of 5 or 6 roses on a stem. Mine has 3! Had I known that was what I was getting I would not have ordered them. I wish the description and pictures had specified that. Even the picture at the bottom of this review shows more than 3 roses!
