“I loved the fast shipping, however, the product itself was disappointing. It looked rubbery and awkward, and did not bend well at all. I had to cut a piece apart to make it look more full, and I'm still not happy with how it looks.”

“I’ve reached out 3 times about a damaged item and have note received any follow up other then my messages have been received. Always had good experiences in the past and love the items but not happy this time.”

“I wanted a magnificent large magnolia blossom. It looks like it is that in the photo, with someone holding it, making their hand look small under it. It does look like a small magnolia. About 5 inches across, when you bend the closed up petals open. The color is right. But it's not the large magnolia I was hoping for, and what the advertised photo makes it seem like.”

“The floral stems I ordered were good quality and attractive. I was disappointed with the hanging wicker basket, for the money it was poor quality and I would return it, but the shipping would be expensive.”

“I do love this company and the guys who run it seem great, but I have to say that the white hydrangeas from this last order were a bit of a disappointment. Usually, the quality is amazing and I love the personal touch they put into their packaging.”
