“House Floral has the most beautiful stems, ribbons and accessories. You can tell they are very selective in what they offer, but it's all "accessible" and easy for non-professionals to incorporate into their homes. The Facebook tutorials are a wonderful source to get a little extra inspiration for people who don't live near their storefront. I appreciate that their online photos and descriptions are detailed enough that you know exactly what you will be receiving. That said, everything I have ordered or gone to pick up in the store has been even nicer in person, than what I viewed online. In today's world where so many companies no longer offer exceptional service, House Floral adds the little details that make doing business with them a pleasure. Orders are meticulously packed and shipped quickly, there is a handwritten note enclosed with your orders, and their decision to use packing tape patterns that change with the seasons, brings a smile to my face when my orders arrive.”

“I ordered a small aount of Juniper stems not knowing what your quality was like and f your shipping was satisfactory. I love the Juniper picks and the shipping... “Like every other item I’ve ordered from the boys, this order was perfect. HouseFloral’s products are always high-quality—lovely and well-made—and their packaging not only safeguards the stems they send, the little individual brown paper parcels make the unboxing feel a bit special.
