“Fast delivery in 2 days! Very well packaged in a long box that can be used to store the stems in. Personal thank you note was great personal touch. I love the bittersweet stems! Quality that can be used inside or outside. Very realistic look. I mix faux and real in my outdoor decor and you cannot tell these are faux bittersweet. Love this purchase and will be back!”

“Used to be no problem with every thing that I ordered. Recently, not the case. After showing items in stock, when they get to doing my order, the items are gone and refunded. Posted great videos leading up to the Christmas in July sale, which then are actually unavailable (even when I email or call and leave messages which aren't returned). Seems like they may have become too big and not reliable. It's a shame because I have loved their products and ordered many times from them (15+).”

“Shipping is very fast! I'm a bit disappointed that my faux Japanese Maple leaves were a different color than true Japanese Maple leaves. My next door neighbor has a real Japanese Maple and they are almost a burgundy color. So I don't know what happened? I had some beautiful faux burgundy flowers I was going to make a spectacular arrangement! I'm disappointed and bummed out.”
