“We all get sucked into buying stuff from [giant corporate website] because it's easy and convenient; I'm guilty of this too! But when you purchase from someplace small, you get something unique. This is HouseFloral: lovely products, excellent customer service, and my flowers arrived looking like a PRESENT with a HANDWRITTEN NOTE. Seriously -- who does this?! These guys! Unless we want everything to look like a strip mall or data center, we NEED to support small businesses, especially the ones that are doing it well.”

“Shopping with House Floral is such a wonderful experience in many ways. The customer service is like nothing else out there. The hand written notes with your orders and the follow up emails are such a lovely and personal touch that really connects with the customer. And in my option, keeps the customer. Then there is the merchandise itself which is a finer quality product than anything else that I have found online or in person. So well made and lifelike, not to mention so pretty. Then there’s the prices. The price you pay for the stems and greenery at House Floral is worth it. Because you know that you have paid a reasonable price for a quality product. I have shopped with House Floral for about two years now and have yet to have any issues with the stems and greenery I purchased. This includes my outdoor arrangement that I keep on my front porch. I hope to someday cross the Mason Dixon line and finally see your lovely state and visit your store in person! It will be well worth the trip. Just like shopping with House Floral! It’s well worth it.”
