I purchased a ring and the stone fell out after having it only approximately 2 months. I sent it back and they fixed it. Well it fell out again and I sent it back and they said it would cost too much to fix it. They sent my ring back but kept my stone. I've called them and told them I wanted my stone back because it was mine. I haven't heard from them.
