I purchased a ring. It actually looked beautiful when I received it. It was expensive. I purchased from them before and usually don't have a big problem. After 4 weeks the stones fell out. I had already made two stretch pays. I sent the ring back. They told me that it looked like it had been worn hard, whatever that means. I had only worn it three times on special occasions. And they took back 3/4 of the cost of the ring for restocking and tax. And the sales representative I spoke with admittedly said that they would probably sell it as a pre-owned so they'll make double their money. I asked for the ring back. I figured I'd get it fixed. They told me that that window of opportunity has closed. I think that they're thieves, and in no universe should have restocking fee be almost the cost of the Ring. So I just threw away $300 and I'm absolutely disgusted that they stole that money from me. I will not be purchasing from them again
