very disappointed purchased a child's bunk bed this seems ok only if i could have all the parts to build it. ????? customer service is hard work to get through on the missing box was meant to be delivered after the first phone call, to find out it hadn't ever been ordered! fingers crossed it will come soon is it really to hard to check the boxes before delivery ??????
