“STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Awful products, awful customer service.
Bought a sofa bed from Argos that turned up in a battered box that had been taped up and clearly been returned previously. The sofa had a rip in the back. Reported it the same day it was delivered and 6 days later they still haven’t arranged for a return, won’t talk directly to me and are asking questions to Argos which they already have the answers and then taking 24 hours to respond yet not start the return process!
If we even ignore the awful customer service, the quality of the sofa on the whole was awful - no support and not made to last.
A quick online search shows I’m not the only person to be treated badly by this company. I wish I’d looked before because I would’ve stayed away!
Save your money. Buy cheap, buy twice!”
“Bought dining chairs for our new extension and most of them chipped on legs. Changed one chair as really bad. Rang to explain but because we bought them from a shop supplying their product they weren’t interested. I would not recommend this company due to their customer service and faulty products.”
“Had the bed just over 2 years, had little squeeks at the start then cracking noises from a couple of weeks in which got worse and worse as time went, I checked under the bed to find the centre support bar has cracked and bent in half, tried to order another support but they have no interesnt unless you want to buy a whole new bed, my heavily pregnant wife and myself have been forced to sleep on the floor with just the matress now for months”
“Ordered a bed for my daughter for her 10th Birthday in July 2021, and still awaiting it and we are nearly in March 2022 and have been told it will be summer possibly now, unacceptable customer service. Definitely do not recommend this company, they have no regard for their customers at all, no real explanation as to why it takes a year to get something you ordered!”
“very disappointed purchased a child's bunk bed this seems ok only if i could have all the parts to build it. ????? customer service is hard work to get through on the missing box was meant to be delivered after the first phone call, to find out it hadn't ever been ordered! fingers crossed it will come soon is it really to hard to check the boxes before delivery ??????”

We purchased bed from the range came with Julian bowen mattress. They were not delivered together, had to wait further week for the mattress, on the morning of delivery they text to say they were unable to deliver, leaving us without mattress.
After another week we got mattress delivered which to our dismay was cheap tacky mattress not the one we ordered
Eventually after few emails we got £50 cheque for the inconvenience etc
They said they upgraded our mattress slightly
Only have a few days the mattress started sagging at the sides which when I looked at the reviews they all say the same
When asking for refund julian bowen said you purchased bed mattress off the range so we can't refund the money, the ranges customer care is none existent”
“I purchased furniture from this company never again would I buy from this company rude staff cheap tacky furniture not what I expected & to hear that they are still operating while the covid 19 is going on is just a disgrace this company should be ashamed of its self”
“I purchased a Versailles day bed from Sofa and Home and received excellent service from both companies.
The bed makes an very good addition to my spare room and my granddaughters love it.
I was given a delivery date and the driver contacted me on the day to check I was home and give me a delivery time.”
“Incomplete order delivered on 12th April. Numerous emails sent, phone calls not returned.
Said they would pick up order (after I had cancelled) on Friday 18th May, they called on the evening of 17th May while I was at work. Furniture is still in my house. I’m living out of suitcases. Customer service is nonexistent, once furniture is delivered they don’t give a hoot.
I am disgusted and will say so to anyone who will listen.”
