"Incomplete order delivered on 12th April. Numerous emails sent, phone calls not returned.
Said they would pick up order (after I had cancelled) on Friday 18th May, they called on the evening of 17th May while I was at work. Furniture is still in my house. I’m living out of suitcases. Customer service is nonexistent, once furniture is delivered they don’t give a hoot.
I am disgusted and will say so to anyone who will listen."
