Ordered a bed for my daughter for her 10th Birthday in July 2021, and still awaiting it and we are nearly in March 2022 and have been told it will be summer possibly now, unacceptable customer service. Definitely do not recommend this company, they have no regard for their customers at all, no real explanation as to why it takes a year to get something you ordered!
