Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting for Refund After Faulty Car Sale My father purchased a car from this dealership, and within 4 days the engine management light came on. Following their own advice, he took it to an independent garage, which identified major faults. The garage advised that the car be returned under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We formally requested a full refund under the 30-day right to reject. That was over 7 weeks ago. Since then, the dealer has done nothing but say they are “looking into it.” My father has been left without a car and they are still holding on to his money — this is unacceptable and legally wrong. This situation is now being escalated. I would strongly caution others before buying from this company. The customer service has been poor, communication is slow, and they are not respecting basic consumer rights.
