Just eat is disgracefull They couldnt find our address saying it doesnt exist, although we live here and they accepted the order for this address ( update your sat nav !!!! ) Tried to help driver who could barely speak english, he said he was outside number 6 so in terrential rain went looking for him at number 6 and he was not there, no6 is my brother in laws house and guess what he as never been there at all Called just eat, no Appology and only refunding half the money Well not when we call the bank and tell them we havent received the goodspaid for then we will get the full refund anyway By offering good customer service and a full refund you could have kept a customer But through pure greed lost one for life which will lose you more money long term Just eat is a disgrace
