Horrible experience. They changed delivery time without informing me. When I noticed about it, I cancelled the order, they accepted the cancellation and the refund, they even sent me a message saying “Your refund's on the way (if you were charged)”. That refund never came. I contacted their bot-like-agents, they said when I was cancelling the order, I had accepted not to be refunded. Finally my bank helped me to get my money back. I immediately deleted my account and the app from my phone

Arrived 25 mins late and with missing items which after a call to the Restaura t were finally delivered 30 mins later. Not good and food was nearly £40 for 2 people.

Absolutely horrendous. My order (Order 434958030) never arrived - even though I waited at the entrance well before the driver was scheduled to arrive. i then waited 20-30 min after. The app said it was delivered. It 100% was not. The app gives you a code to give to the driver - which means the driver never got the code. I checked all nearby businesses to confirm no food was delivered there. It was late and there were virtually no businesses open. And our address is clearly marked. So no way the driver could have been confused. To add salt to the wound: Just Eat no only refuses to issue a refund and falsely claimed the driver tried to contact me. I had my phone on me the entire time and received no call, text or message on the app. I spoke to the restaurant where I ordered from. They said they had this issue with Just Eat all the time. Just that day they had an issue with a £650 order. Just Eat has a 1.1 star rating on Trust Pilot for a reason. Unless you want to lose your money and stay hungry do not order from Just Eat. This is the first - and now only - time I will be ordering from Just Eat.

Unsurprisingly low ratings Unsurprisingly low ratings. I can see why. I would give no stars if I could!!!! I placed an order and cancelled within 2 minutes of placing the order. I was charged so I contacted JUST EAT, who informed me that I would be refunded in 7 days. Seven days later and no refund so I contacted them again and they reassured me that I would get the monies, I responded to the email stating that 7 days had passed only to get a reply stating that they hope I am happy with the outcome??? I replied back to say there was no outcome only to receive a response stating that I have been charged and would not get a refund as it is in line with policy to charge me??? Really??? This is the second time in two weeks I have been ripped off by JUST EAT! They refuse to refund even the absolute worst service. What is the cancellation policy? How quick do I have to cancel to get a refund and why is it allowed that a timescale is set for delivery and then changed as soon as you pay!

I would STAY CLEAR of Just Eat, AWFUL & DISGUSTING customer service and lack of support. If I could I wouldn't even give them a STAR. I have been PENALISED from Just Eat for making a previous complaint and have been DISCRIMINATED for making a second COMPLAINT for my entire time with Just Eat. I made a COMPLAINT with Just EAT as they gave me FALSE information and DISMISSED me right away, the customer Advisor Imran gave me a TERRIBLE experience. I am very SHOCKED that a company like Just Eat DISCRIMINATES someone for making a complaint over food. I have come to the realisation it's not McDonalds that made the mistake in providing me with STONE COLD food and MELTED ice cream that was pure LIQUID, that was delivered 2 hours LATE, it's the responsibility of JUST EAT! I provided them with EVIDENCE that Just Eat delayed in collecting the food and then got delivered 2 HOURS LATER than the expected time, and the staff Imran said it was DELIVERED at 7.30pm, this is the time I raised my ISSUE. This is on Just Eat. I use to have CONFIDENCE with Just Eat but realised Uber Eats provides a HIGH QUALITY SERVICE. I will make sure that this gets spread with the connections I have and for others to be WEARY of the LACK of service they PROVIDE, how easy they find the option to DISMISS a customer. JUST AWFUL.

Worst reply from the customer service. So why ask if your order was to your satisfaction. Order a pizza with a simple instruction 'no mushroom' but guess what I get a pizza full of mushrooms? Imagine the level of decency from the customer service. You should have contacted them directly. Why is just eat business then? Unbelievable! Definitely not using just eat again

God awful company, regularly get orders wrong, bring them 4+ hours late, freezing cold, bashed and ripped, missing items - NEVER refund for anything. I’ve had 3 orders in the last 6 months literally not be delivered and wouldn’t let me cancel or contact them directly and they refused to refund. Horrific customer service. DO NOT USE!!!

This company and the people that work there are THIEVES!!! They don’t refund you for food that you do not receive. The morons that work there do not know a thing about customer service. Disgrace of a company, why are they still in business!!??? DO NOT order from these thieving a**holes!!!!

Item I ordered was delivered cold and I waited over an hour I asked for my money back and I was refused a refund or credit it's poor customer service

ROBBING, STEALING RIDERS…. DO NOT ORDER, unless you want to pay for goods not received I have now lost every bit of patience with these delivery companies. On almost every order there is items missing and when telling them and asking for the products and not just a refund, you get ignored and then told on this occasion we are going to charge you for items you never received???! Is that not THEFT? Its is apparent that most of the time the issue is the rider stealing products and despite reporting this, they think its ok to keep my hard earned money.

I placed a mcdonald's delivery from boongate Peterborough. The delivery never arrived and the app said it was delivered. Just eat do not have a call centre to resolve issues instead problems are sorted out through email with a minimum of a two day wait. Disgusting customer service.

Do not order from just eat, my food was not delivered yet they won't refund me, they appear to employ dishonest drivers who steal your food and say they delivered it and just eat still expect you to pay

Beware of JUST EAT!!! They are a bunch of SCAMMERS!!! They dont even have a customer service number to help with your order. my order was incomplete, and they refused to refund or replace the order. Thats how they make their money. Google all the reviews first, before you place an order with these thieves!

Getting the sh!ts is in line with their “policies” I ordered dessert and the desserts, milkshake and ice cream all had a funky taste. I consumed no more than a quarter of my order because the dairy products in the food were off/ out of date. I ended up having diarrhoea the next day, complete loss of appetite and stomach cramps over the course of a week because of this. Apparently their policies state that I am not justified to get a refund or even partial refund of my £24 order. Protecting poor quality vendors over their customers health and wellbeing. Abysmal customer service. Can not excuse or forgive a service that protects poor vendors that cause food poisoning to their customer base. Will never order using this service again. I will try my luck moving forward with UberEats and Deliveroo.

Paid £22 and got sent different order we are vegans and they sent meat replacement out so refuse to take it was sent back to restaurant, but Just eat would not refund us lost £22
