Would not recommend this site. Restaurants can take your order and leave your order pending for hours. If you cancel it to get a refund, they will claim that they were making it, therefore, no refund. Ordered from KFC in Green Lanes, London. They threw gravy all over the inside of the bag and delivered about half of the order. If you unknowingly take the food in any state, they will not refund you. they are the worst company and customer service is atrocious.

Our order never arrived. Delivery driver never entered my property, did not knock or ring my video doorbell, and did not contact us on the phone number we provided. The driver managed to mark the order as delivered regardless of not receiving the 4 digit security code. Just Eat has no contact phone number, forcing you to go through their in app feedback form. We got a clearly automated/scripted reply stating that the driver had delivered, and yet could not provide me with proof of this. They have therefore refused us a refund. Please avoid this company, their security measures are corrupt!

I wish i could give zero stars. Order took forever to arrive. When it finally did arrive I got the drinks I ordered but no food and another bag of (presumably somebody else's) drinks and Mcflurries. Tried going through the online assistant. It asked me to send photos, which I did. It told me it "didn't understand" and asked me to send photos. Which I did - several times and got the same response - it "didn't understand". I tried the Contact Us option. I relayed all the details and the response was that they would email me "in a few days". Not helpful when all I wanted was what I ordered and paid for. There was no way to contact the driver or speak with a representative of Just Eat. I phoned the restaurant but they weren't interested. So much for customer service. I'm now more than £20 out of pocket with two hungry kids (this was supposed to have been a treat for them).

Food that was delivered was incorrect, attempted to get a refund for this and they denied the refund even though photos of the incorrect food were taken and sent to customer services.

The food was never delivered. The app message was updated to 'delivered,' but it never was. I called the restaurant several times and they gave confusing and contradictory explanations (it was just a little delayed; there was a police control that stopped the driver, etc.). Just Eat sent apologies, advised me to next time check my address was correct (demonstrably, it had been correct from the beginning), and said that I had to deal directly with the restaurant to get my money back. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Total disregard for customers.

For weeks, I waited with no updates. My withdrawal never arrived, and somehow, my account showed zero balance. I was panicking—until I got in touch with the contact in my bio. Mrs. Mercy and her team were incredible. They traced the issue and got my money back. Frustrating experience, but I’m thankful for their help.

Beyond angry. Ordered with them the driver did not deliver. Did not call. Nothing. Money taken from my account, no number to call to speak to, just online chat and the response of we will get back to you in a few days? Sure let me have your money for a few days and not give you anything for it and see how you would feel, especially if you are trying to order a treat for your children. Appalling service and you have just lost our custom.

My order was not delivered. They did not attempt to contact me. They said they left it at the front door as it was locked . Customer service won't process a refund as it was marked as delivered despite me not giving a delivery code to the driver to prove delivery. Scammer company with obviously useless drivers. I'll ask my bank to process a refund and will not use them again. Use one of the other companys NOT JUST-EAT.

I ordered from Just Eat (Order ID: 577075542) on 7 May 2025, and what followed was a complete disaster. The app stated that my order had been “delivered,” but when I went to check, there was absolutely no food. I am based at 121 Brooker Road, Waltham Abbey, EN9 1JH in a business centre with a large reception area and ample parking, so there was no confusion about the location. My office is easily accessible, and I was present at the time of the alleged delivery, yet I received nothing. Upon contacting customer support, I was told that the courier supposedly made several attempts to contact me and left the order in a “safe place”. This is simply false. There was no attempt to contact me. I received no calls, no texts, no knocks on the door, and no indication that the delivery was attempted. There is no evidence whatsoever to support their claim that the order was left anywhere. I explained the situation to Just Eat, only to be given a generic, unhelpful response. They claimed they couldn’t issue a refund because the courier “attempted delivery,” which is not only untrue but completely ignores the fact that the food was never delivered in the first place. Just Eat has failed to take any responsibility for the missing food, and their dismissive response is downright insulting. It’s beyond frustrating to pay for something and not receive it, especially when the service provides no concrete proof of delivery or any resolution. Their refusal to refund or take accountability for their courier’s mistake shows a complete disregard for customer satisfaction. Just Eat, if you’re going to claim that you’ve delivered something, you need to provide evidence to back it up. I will never use your service again, and I strongly advise others to stay away. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this appalling customer service at all costs.

I bitterly regret trusting this platform with my life savings. They promised security and growth, but when I tried to withdraw, my account was suddenly locked, and I was logged out. left feeling enraged and devastated, thought all was lost. But then I discovered (missviolet551@gmail. c0m) who expertly intervened, saved me from financial ruin. WhatsApp +1- (667)- 487-5571.

Out of last 5 orders , 3 have not turned up and after a frustrating hour plus of waiting find they have been cancelled by the drivers . Then hassle of contacting just eat get money back . Just not acceptable drivers just not turning up after taking job on and causes a whole lot of frustration and hassle as the customer- just Eat has become a complete shambles of a business

The food was not delivered… the delivery driver lied about delivering the food and I have lost out on £50 as just eats refuses to pay me back… I had to re-order through Uber eats costing me another £50….I have been a loyal customer for many years, however I will never use Just eats again… this will be going on all reviews. Disgraceful behaviour on just eats and the delivery driver. I have requested this to be escalated.. however was ignored by customer service… terrible service! Not happy at all… as I have been robbed by just eats!

Beware of this company and their trading platform. I invested because they claimed it was an automated trading system. After several months, they blocked my ability to withdraw my profits, and I realized I had been scammed. Luckily, I reached out to lilo grace 75 @ 𝘨𝘮𝘢𝘪𝘭. C0M, WhatsApp ‪+1=615=414=15=62 and it was the best choice I made because they helped me recover all my money back.

I placed a order at Sainsbury's and the order never delivered but the driver marked delivered that is insane to deal with situations like that, just eat try to avoiding refunds because said the order marked delivered but they never did I need to be careful and avoid just eat or probably buying direct from the store website or go to the store is more secure .

DO NOT BUY GROCERIES FROM JUST EAT! Why I hear you say well because as we all know items get missed by the supermarkets. However if you do what you are supposed to do and press the ’items missing’ button and you have to do this a few times, which invariably you do because as I say supermarkets miss stuff. You get an email from just eat as below Hi XXXXXXXXXX Thank you for contacting us about your recent order XXXXXXXXXXX. We're sorry to hear you didn't have the great experience we wanted for you. We've looked into everything in detail to see what we can do. On this occasion, we're unable to offer a refund or compensation based on all the information we have. We appreciate your understanding. Thanks again for getting in touch with us. Just Eat So I sent the below HAVE YOU CONTACTED THE STORE! I have and they immediately confirmed my items were out of stock as they are having supply issues with chicken and eggs and knew the other things I didn’t get, they also ‘Nicola’ she also said they had marked them incorrectly on their system and ‘nil’ which means your system has a fault which means that if IF you could be bothered to contact them you would see that your stealing my money so I don’t want to know your internal ‘investigation’ process because let’s be honest with each other you have NOT done ANY investigations or you would know this SO I ask again have you called the store? They had not! No recourse they just keep your money absolute scumbag level of customer service and I doubt they are telling the taxman they are appropriating no doubt millions a year this way, and as the store had done the right thing their end they won’t get paid for items they didn’t send out. JUST EAT DONT CONTACT THE STORE TO CHECK THEY JUST STEAL THE MONEY BECAUSE THEY THINK WE WILL JUST GP AWAY!!!!
