Absolutely disgusting service. Waited 2 hours for a McDonald's delivery with no way of cancelling. Driver wouldn't take back the order which was stone cold. Just eat have refused "compensation." I don't want compensation, I want a refund. Raised a claim through PayPal. As soon as I get my money back I will be deleting my account.
