I ordered a delivery from McDonald's and when it arrived is was missing an item. I called the restaurant and they could see the missing item and apologise. They then told me there was nothing they could do about it and to call Just Eat, not great customer service I must say. I called just eat to be told they can not re deliver it and I can not get a refund!! They would only put the credit on to my just eat account! This is shocking, to my knowledge it does not state anywhere that if items are missing they will only credit your account and not issue a refund. So, not only did I not get any food Just Eat have also kept my money!! 😡😡
